22ND ANNUAL BISON RANGE RIDE AND ROUNDUP Visitors can watch horseback riders move and corral bison from the southern tip of Antelope Island to the handling facility on the north end of the state park from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily today through Friday, or until the animals are in the corrals. If necessary, a helicopter will be used to round up stragglers on Oct. 25. From Oct. 31 to Nov. 2, visitors can watch as bison are weighted, tested, inoculated and scanned between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. To get to the island, take exit No. 332 off I-15 and go west for seven miles.
