ESL CLASSES Davis Applied Technology College offers day and evening semester ESL classes at 550 E. 300 South, Kaysville. SAFE HARBOR CRISIS CENTER Safe Harbor Crisis Center offers support groups for men and women who are survivors of rape or sexual assault at 7 p.m. Wednesdays. Survivors of domestic violence or those who might be in a violent relationship meet at 6 p.m. Mondays, with a separate class for children (3 and older) of domestic violence. Individuals who might need therapeutic support meet at 10 a.m. Tuesdays. Weekly support groups are free and confidential. Day care is provided. Friends and family are encouraged to attend. FREE COLLEGE CLASSES: THE VENTURE COURSE IN HUMANITIES The Utah Humanities Council (UHC) is now accepting applications for The Venture Course in the Humanities, a free eight-month college course for adults, ages 18 and older, living on low incomes. Students will study American history, literature, philosophy, art history and critical writing with college professors. Classes begin in September in Salt Lake City and Ogden.
