TV preview: There's a new 'Doctor Who'

A new season of "Doctor Who" begins with a new Doctor — Peter Capaldi takes over the role of everyone's favorite Time Lord. And the Doctor and Clara (Jenna Coleman) are in Victorian London, where there's a dinosaur on the loose. If that's not enough to deal with, a whole bunch of people are dying when they spontaneously combust.
