Experts are diving into the text of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling issued yesterday, looking for insight into what persuaded the court majority to strike down Utah’s ban on same-sex marriage.

On Thursday at 12:15 p.m., law professor and Equality Utah board chairman Clifford Rosky and Bill Duncan of the Marriage Law Foundation join Jennifer Napier-Pearce to discuss the ruling, the practical effects of the decision and the road to the U.S. Supreme Court.
