Sign your kids up for a summer cooking class

This summer, instead of letting the kids sit on the couch and play video games, help them develop kitchens skills and healthy eating habits in a cooking class. Culinary schools, grocery stores and other youth programs offer one-day to full-week camps for children and teens. Here are a few options.

Bad Dog Arts

Art & Cooking Around the World (grades 5-6) • July 14-18, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. $250
