Chicken tikka masala ($11) • If you ever thought chicken tikka masala was a dish approximating no more than tinned tomato soup, cream and cumin, think again. Sure, it's an Anglo-Indian hybrid of a dish, but that shouldn't mean it wimps out on depth of flavor. At Zabiha Grill, chef and owner Farukh Qazi whips up a mean curry favoring organic halal chicken from the adjoining Zabiha Market.
