If you’re a fan of the ubiquitous holiday buffet — with a prime rib carving station, shrimp on ice, eggs Benedict and a loaded dessert table — then Easter is your kind of holiday. Dozens of restaurants along the Wasatch Front have planned serve-yourself meals on Sunday, April 20.
Of course, there are plenty of restaurants offering sit-down brunches for those who prefer not to graze.
Whatever your dining pleasure, remember to make your reservations soon, as this spring holiday is one of the busiest dining days of the year.
Here are a few places that will be open for Easter. Prices listed do not include tax, tip or alcoholic beverages.
SALT LAKE CITY
