From Scratch's salumi pizza celebrates the simplicity and excellence of quality ingredients. The pizza dough that is hand-stretched after being made with flour milled in an Austrian flour mill just feet from the wood-fired oven in which it's cooked. Locally crafted Creminelli meats top a zesty tomato sauce, arugula and fresh mozzarella slices.
