Rebecca Musser will appear Thursday on the Dr. Phil TV show.

In a post on her website, Musser reveals that Dr. Phil will confront her “father about his decision to speak out against my book, and examines his continued belief in the FLDS cult.” Musser also promises to discuss “the price (and necessity) of speaking out against abuse.”

An accompanying video gives some very brief background on Musser and shows a snippet of Dr. Phil confronting Musser’s dad.

The show comes after Musser appeared last year on both NBC and CNN.

Musser was married at age 19 to Rulon Jeffs, then in his 80s. She left the sect after his death, as his son Warren Jeffs came to power. Last year she released a book, The Witness Wore Red, about her experiences as a member of The Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
