Ted Ligety gets his second gold medal

With his victory in Wednesday's giant slalom, Ted Ligety became the first Utah native to earn two goal medals in the Olympic Winter Games.The win came eight years after his triumph in the combined event in Italy. Ligety was born in Salt Lake City and grew up in Park City. Another Park City product, Steven Holcomb, has an opportunity to match Ligety if he can successfully defend his title in the four-man bobsled event Sunday.
