Letter: Image of bullfighter doesn't belong on a school

On the front of Eastwood School in East Millcreek, there is a large "SPAIN" sign, which may mean that some children may be taking a trip there. There is also a picture of a bullfighter and a bull, which I find extremely unacceptable.

Even though bullfighting is an "honored Spanish tradition," it is one of the most horrendous forms of animal torture and cruelty that exist! Should it be displayed as a great tourist attraction?

I certainly think it should not be glorified on the front of a school. There is so much animal cruelty in this world, should we have to see it on an elementary school?
