Navajo taco trio • $19

Black Sheep Cafe's signature Navajo Taco Trio is the best way to try three of the restaurant's most popular offerings. Pork-simmered pinto beans, slow-cooked green chile pork and spicy red chile beef are each served over traditional Navajo frybread (the yeasty, fried dough similar to what many call "Utah scones") and finished with queso menonita cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and crema.
