Tasting Tour of France

Taste your way through France's most notable cheeses, meats, and treats in our highlighted regional specialty food tour. We will visit various regions of France through food, exploring traditional food artistry. Think of classic soft ripened and bloomy rind cheeses, including Camembert and expertly aged cheeses of Rodolphe Le Meunier, master affineur (pro cheese ager) of France. Then switch gears to savory pate paired with sweet & sour cornichons. We'll also dive into French olives, olive oils, vinegar, sea salts, and various other delicious food groups. Liberty Heights Fresh — Catalan Paellas

Liberty Heights Fresh will feature traditional Catalan Paellas with special guest Pere Selles, who will cook a Squid Ink Paella with Calamari, a traditional Sausage and Chicken Paella, as well as a Vegan Paella.
