Comic Kim Kerley talks about life, relationship and being homeless
Kim Kerley's material is culled from the many chapters of her life.
"My ideas come from my experiences of raising kids, being a mom, being married, being in relationships," she said during a telephone interview from her home in Castroville, Texas. She even talks about being homeless from the time she was 14.
"Since my parents didn't want me, I became a comic and a counselor. It's so much better than therapy," said Kerley, who performs tonight and Saturday at Park City's Egyptian Theatre along with Jeremy Greenberg.
