For the dish of the week: R & R Barbecue's Three Meat Plate. Twin brothers Roger and Rod Livingston are the genius behind the newest barbeque restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City.

No need to go through the heartbreak and agony of having to choose just one type of deliciously slow-cooked, smoky meat. With the three-meat plate, you can have them all, almost. Select from 1⁄3 pound of pulled pork or brisket, two ribs or a fourth of a chicken. The plate also comes with your choice of side and a soft roll.
