Esperion Therapeutics Inc. • Plymouth, Mich. 4.5 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Credit Suisse and Citigroup. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ESPR. Business: Developing a treatment for elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.

GDC Technology Ltd. • Hong Kong, 5.7 million American depositary shares, each representing 15 ordinary shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Barclays, Jefferies, and Piper Jaffray. Proposed Nasdaq symbol GDCT. Business: China-based provider of digital cinema servers backed by Carlyle.

HD Supply Holdings Inc. • Atlanta, 53.2 million shares, priced $22 to $25, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed Nasdaq symbol HDS. Business: Diversified industrial distribution company in North America.

Luxoft Holding Inc. • British Virgin Islands, 4.1 million class A ordinary shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by UBS, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol LXFT. Business: Spin-off of Russia-based IBS Group's offshore IT services business.

NanoString Technologies Inc. • Seattle, 5.4 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. Proposed Nasdaq symbol NSTG. Business: Develops, manufactures and sells diagnostic systems for the analysis of genomic information.
