Utah's The Piano Guys have signed a worldwide publishing deal with Razor & Tie Music Publishing, it has just been announced.

The Piano Guys became an internet sensation by way of their successful series of original self-made music videos which continue to amass millions of views.

The group's just released sophomore album, "The Piano Guys 2," debuted this week on the Billboard Charts with over 11,300 units sold at No. 1 on Classical Overall, No. 1 on Classical Crossover, No. 1 on New Age, and No. 38 on the Top 200 Album Chart.

Their 2012 hit debut album is also still in the top five on the Classical Overall, Classical Crossover and New Age Billboard charts, spending over 31 weeks at No. 1 on the New Age chart. Razor & Tie Music Publishing SVP Sharon Tapper said in a press release: "We are delighted The Piano Guys have chosen Razor & Tie to be their publishing partner. The group has an exceptional aesthetic, combined with a strong work ethic and down to earth approach to life. We look forward to working with their team to further grow their catalog." Ironically, The Piano Guys, who got their name from a piano store in St. George, Utah, are a quartet featuring only two musicians - only one being a pianist.

Razor & Tie Music Publishing (RTMP) was established four years ago and has distinguished itself with a focused, proactive approach to multi-media song placement, royalty administration and career development. The company's No. 1 songs include: Double platinum-certified No.1 country hit "God Gave Me You," performed by Blake Shelton and written by singer/songwriter Dave Barnes; the gold-certified No. 1 country hit "Alone With You," performed by Jake Owen and co-written by Catt Gravitt; and the gold-certified #1 country hit "Over," performed by Blake Shelton and co-written by David Elliott Johnson.

This year RTMP also touts Greg Holden's song "Home" (as performed by "American Idol" winner Phillip Phillips).
