Here’s what’s happening today in pop culture:

• Last night’s episode of “Glee” depicted a shooting at the high school. Some families of the victims in Newtown complained that the episode came too soon after December’s Sandy Hook Elementary shooting tragedy. [ABC News]

• LL Cool J appeared on “The Tonight Show” and stopped short of defending the button-pushing new Brad Paisley song “The Accidental Racist” (on which LL Cool J appears), saying “the song isn’t perfect.” [The Huffington Post]
