Steve Griffin | The Salt Lake Tribune Manager Tyler Call mixes a Plantation Punch at the Devil's Daughter in Salt Lake City.

$6.50 • Plantation punch

This orange-hued punch is made with rum. As for the rest of the ingredients — co-owner Kim Hansen is keeping them secret. We do know that traditional plantation punches, famed in the South, are made with orange, pineapple, lemon and lime juices as well as plenty of sugar and grenadine. The punch is one of two specialty drinks at Devil’s Daughter Bar & Grill — the other is the vodka-based Blue Devil.
