I am a psychiatric social worker with a private practice. Many of my clients suffer from grief and loss.

I invite any member of Utah's Legislature who is considering an override of the governor's veto of HB76, which would have allowed the right to carry a concealed weapon without a permit, to attend a session with the family or friends of a loved one whose life was lost to suicide, murder or accidental death due to a firearm.

Perhaps you can help these devastated people make sense of their loss.
