$13 • Eggplant Parmesan
The menu at Zest Kitchen and Bar focuses on vegetarian and raw foods. The eggplant Parmesan on the “large plate” part of the menu — it also has small plates — contains meaty aubergine slices coated in a zesty, raw tomato sauce. The dish comes with a side of well-prepared fingerling potatoes and can also be served with cashew cheese.
