UDOT: Construction closure coming for I-80 from Redwood to I-15

If you’re driving eastbound on Interstate 80 in the Salt Lake Valley, you might want to avoid the area of Redwood Road.

The Utah Department of Transportation has closed I-80 from Redwood Road to I-15 beginning 10 p.m. Friday through 7 a.m. Saturday morning for construction work.

Motorists are urged to use I-215 or Highway 201 as alternate routes.
