Keep the streets clean • Groups of at least 10 people can apply to sponsor the cleanup of certain roads under the city's new Adopt-A-Roadway program. The commitment is for two years, and the groups must organize a cleanup effort at least once every three months. The city will provide safety vests, trash bags and signs recognizing the groups.
