After the Pac-12 South champion UCLA Bruins produced a major letdown for the conference in the Holiday Bowl, two more Pac-12 teams will make bowl appearances Saturday.

The league stands 1-2 in the postseason after UCLA's 49-26 loss to Baylor.

Arizona State vs. Navy, Fight Hunger Bowl, San Francisco

The Sun Devils seemingly have the Pac-12's easiest avenue to a bowl victory, facing an undistinguished Navy team. The variable is dealing with Navy's option scheme, which often creates problems for defenses after a long layoff in advance of a bowl game.

Otherwise, ASU will have a major advantage in personnel. Quarterback Taylor Kelly and the Devils' offense should be able to rack up some big numbers, picking up where they left off in a victory over Arizona in the Territorial Cup. The pick: Arizona State 35, Navy 17.

Oregon State vs. Texas, Alamo Bowl, San Antonio

The Beavers will feel like visitors in the Alamodome, just up I-35 from the Texas campus in Austin. This looks like a pretty even matchup. OSU is thrilled to be playing in this game after missing a bowl appearance last season, while the Longhorns surely had bigger ambitions than the Alamo Bowl. Texas also is dealing with the distraction of having two players sent home for disciplinary reasons. Those intangibles should give the Beavers an edge, but they'll still need a big night from quarterback Cody Vaz, who's been chosen to start over Sean Mannion. The pick: Oregon State 24, Texas 21
