Metate Arch, a small arch just a couple miles off the "Hole In the Rock Road" 10 miles southeast of Escalante. The arch is in a popular picnic area called the "Devils Garden." It is part of the Grandstaircase-Escalante National Monument.

The weekly Where is It in The Tribune’s Outdoors section has been a fun puzzle for Utah outdoors enthusiasts for years. We have more on file than we can ever use, so we are sharing them in a weekly gallery. If you have photos you would like to submit, send high-resolution copies to brettp@sltrib.com. Make sure to provide information about where it was taken and when it was snapped.
