Northern Utah’s Tuesday weather forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with highs near 60 degrees and overnight lows in the upper-30s.

Southern Utahns can expect some cloud cover, too, though highs will be near 70 degrees after nighttime temperatures in the upper-30s.

The Utah Avalanche Center, meanwhile, has backed off a bit on its warnings for the region’s snowy slopes, giving only the Logan and Salt Lake area mountains “moderate” risk ratings for avalanches with the rest of the state’s snowslide danger graded “low.”

The Utah Division of Air Quality ranked the entire state at “Green,” or healthy for breathability on Tuesday.

Salt Lake City looked for a high Tuesday of 60, up from Monday’s forecast for 57 degrees; Ogden expected 58 and 55, respectively; Provo 57 and 56; Logan 57 and 54; Wendover 54 and 53; Duchesne 51 and 50; Cedar City 61 and 56; St. George 69 and 67; and Moab 60 and 57 degrees.
