A radio version of 'It's a Wonderful Life'

"Merry Christmas, George Bailey" celebrates the faith of Christmas and the American philosophy of life: hard work, fair play, love and support of family and community. Adapted from the classic movie "It's a Wonderful Life," this staged reading is set in a radio studio.

Screwtape this at Midvale theater

Silver Summit Theatre Company will present "Screwtape," a provocative and funny theatrical adaptation of C.S. Lewis' novel The Screwtape Letters, about spiritual warfare from a demon's point of view.

The Christmas secret in the attic

Magna's Empress Theatre presents a musical adaptation of Richard Paul Evans' The Christmas Box. It's the story of a family who moves into a new town, where they board with a mysterious older woman who seems to bring joy and positive light everywhere she goes. But the secret of a Christmas box in the attic keeps calling to the family.
