The Downtown Alliance is launching a series of “Pop-Up” Winter Farmers’ Markets with a local food focus.
These one-day events will be held monthly (November – April) at different downtown locations.
A pop-up concept offers only dates,times and themes in advance, location, and vendor lists are announced just prior.
According to officials, "Market-goers can expect a bustling, urban environment with live music, kids’ activities, guest chefs and seasonal themes."

The Downtown Alliance’s strategy is to use the Pop-Up winter markets to build awareness for a year-round market. The objective is to expand to weekly winter markets by next year, with the ultimate goal of a daily, year-round Public Market in the future.
