Scott Sommerdorf | The Salt Lake Tribune Utah State's Clayton Christensen and the rest of the Aggies are off to a 4-1 start and have had plenty of reasons to celebrate. USU can win the Beehive Boot by beating BYU Friday night in Provo.

Logan • Utah State is now bowl eligible for the second consecutive season.

With a 41-7 win over New Mexico State, USU moves to 6-2 on the season. The Aggies accomplished this by dominating play on both sides of the football.

Utah State scored the first 28 points and were never challenged. Sophomore quarterback Chuckie Keeton finished with four touchdowns — two in the air and two on the ground. Kerwynn Williams had a pair of scores as well.

USU scored on its first offensive play of the game. It never got better for New Mexico State after that. With this victory, the Aggies move to 2-0 in the Western Athletic Conference.
