Cydni Tetro, executive director of the WTC, said the award recipients “represent the tremendous women technology leaders who lead the way in the tech community.”

In addition, the Women Tech Council presented its Impact Award to Josh James, who is best known as the founder of Omniture, which was taken over by Adobe. He now heads a new company, Domo.

The Women Tech Council was founded in 2007 and serves as an advocate for women who currently are working for technology companies and for those who may work with technology for businesses in other market sectors.
