West Valley City Council • Will vote on whether to approve an agreement with Best Friends Animal Society to promote the adoption of homeless pets and to support spay and neuter projects in an effort to turn the animal shelter into a “no-kill shelter; Tuesday, June 5, 6:30 p.m., 3600 S.
