Salt Lake City Council • Mayor Ralph Becker will deliver his budget speech for fiscal 2012-13; Tuesday, April 24, 7 p.m.; City Hall, 451 S. State St. The council’s work session begins at 1 p.m.
Salt Lake County Council • Will receive a report on South Salt Lake’s decision to take over management and operation of Pioneer Craft House, which the county also owns; Tuesday, April 24, 1 p.m. work session; County Government Center, 2001 S. State. The council’s formal session will begin at 4 p.m.
