Chaplin's 'City Lights' at Tower

Charlie Chaplin's 1931 classic "City Lights" gets a week on the big screen, starting Friday, April 13, at the Tower Theatre, 876 E. 900 South, Salt Lake City.

Chaplin's Tramp falls for a blind flower girl (Virginia Cherrill) in this winsome comedy, presented as part of the Salt Lake Film Society's "Tower Through Time" film series. This month, the series is featuring works by Chaplin and fellow silent legend Buster Keaton.

"City Lights" screens today through Thursday, April 19, at 4:30 p.m. at the Tower. Admission is $6.25.
