Orem City Council • Will vote on an ordinance regulating tow-truck drivers and one creating an opt-out recycling system; Tuesday, March 27, 6 p.m.; City Council Chambers, 58 N. State St. The two-truck proposal would require operators to register with the city, call police dispatch before towing a car, and tow a car to a secured lot before towing another one.
