Prime rib, chocolate festival in Bountiful

Hai Fitzgerald, the chef and owner of Thyme and Seasons Marketplace in Bountiful, will host his annual prime rib and chocolate festival Saturday, March 24.

Cost is $25 per person.

The menu includes slow-cooked prime rib served with French onion soup, ham and cheese potatoes, salad and rolls.

For dessert enjoy an all-you-can-eat chocolate buffet including truffles, cheesecake, creme brulee, chocolate covered strawberries and more.
