Al Hartmann | The Salt Lake Tribune City Creek Center, bounded by State Street and West Temple, and 100 South and South Temple, is part of the larger City Creek development, which includes offices, condominiums and apartments.

City Creek Center, the shopping mall set to debut in downtown Salt Lake City on March 22, will open with Utah’s second H&M store and a host of other popular retailers.

Mall owner Taubman Centers Inc. on Thursday released its list of tenants and put all the speculation to rest about the retail makeup of the mall.

H&M, short for Hennes & Mauritz, is a wildy popular, value-oriented fashion retailer that carries women’s, men’s and children’s apparel, accessories, and maternity clothes. It has collaborated with a number of major designers such as Versace.

Although it has been long known that the shopping center will be anchored by Macy’s and Nordstrom, and upscale retailers such as Tiffany & Co., Coach and Michael Kors, there’s been a lot of speculation about the other businesses that will be operating there.

Taubman’s list includes a mix of the upscale retailers, such as chocolate products purveyor Godiva, and mainstream tenants that you would see in a typical shopping mall, such as apparel retatiler Gap, accessories shop Claire’s, footwear chain Footlocker and sports shop Fanzz.

Here is the City Creek Center’s list of tenants, with the names of those outlets new to the state accompanied by an *:
