Urban Iditarod races through downtown Salt Lake City

These Elvis impersonators were among the teams racing through Salt Lake City on Saturday as part of the Urban Iditarod.
Saturday marked the 5th Annual Salt Lake City Urban Iditarod.
Teams of “dogs” led by a musher pulled sleds — shopping carts — through Salt Lake City for about four miles.
As an incentive to run, dogs and mushers alike had several “rest stops” at various bars to replenish lost fluids.
