Could Nevada hire away Utah's Roderick?

Aaron Roderick's appointment as Utah's passing game coordinator might last about as long as his stay at Washington did in 2009 when he agreed to be the Huskies' receivers coach, then returned to the Utes after a week.
According to, Nevada coach Chris Ault plans to interview Roderick to be his offensive coordinator.
On Thursday when the Utes announced Brian Johnson as the Utes' offensive coordinator and Roderick as the passing game coordinator, Roderick didn't try to hide the fact that he wanted to be an offensive coordinator somewhere, but decided to stay with the Utes because he loved Utah as a state. He also felt the program was moving in an exciting direction, he said.
However, Nevada just might be close enough to lure him away, particularly since he obviously feels stung that Utah coach Kyle Whittingham chose Johnson over him.
