Well, maybe not really near you. Unless you're in Denver.

Oral arguments will be held at 9 a.m. on March 20 in the United Effort Plan Trust case, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals decided today. The appeals court judges will weigh whether U.S. District Judge Dee Benson's decision to hand back control of the $110 million UEP trust to the polygamous sect led by Warren Jeffs, - on hold for now - should stand.

Get ready for the latest chapter in this massive and fascinating case that started when the state basically took over management of an entire (polygamous) town back in 2005. It's all here: Religion, money, power, ego and plenty of courtroom drama.

I'm planning to go out and cover the hearing and look into the implications of the appeals court decision in light of the new developments since Benson's decision back in February (Warren sent to prison for life, dust-ups over property, millions of dollars owed to the court-appointed trust administrator, etc.)

How will all this end? Who knows. But I'll be there to watch.
