Don't hate aging supermodels because they're still beautiful -- or because they're not as beautiful as they used to be.
That seems to be the message of "About Face," portrait photographer Timothy Greenfield-Sanders' documentary.
Greenfield-Sanders interviews such iconic models as Paulina Porizkova, Beverly Johnson, Carmen Dell'Orefice, Jerry Hall, Christy Turlington Burns, Christie Brinkley and Isabella Rossellini (who, for some reason, appears to be heading to a costume party dressed as Pee-Wee Herman).
The movie deals with issues of how society pressures women - particularly models - to stay beautiful and youthful. When it comes to age, Johnson says, "in our industry, it's everything."
"About Face" debuts in the Documentary Features section of the 2012 Sundance Film Festival.
