iPad owners can get free songs from SPIN's 40 best albums of 2011

This holiday, SPIN is giving away a special edition of SPIN "Play for iPad" featuring 38 free streaming songs and 35 free streaming music videos from SPIN's Top 40 Albums of 2011.

From today until January 5, anyone with an iPad can download free issue of SPIN magazine from the iTunes App Store (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/spin-play/id423407524?mt=8&ls=1) and get immediate access to a streaming playlist of 38 songs and 35 music videos from their highest-ranking LPs of the year. The tracks are yours to keep.

The playlist can be set to autoplay, creating the best playlist of the year, or can be used as a perfect accompaniment for music fans giving getting iPads under the tree on Sunday.
