A teenage girl died when her speeding car went out of control on Interstate 215 late Monday night, crashed and rolled. The Utah Highway Patrol identified the victim as Taylor M. Have, 17, of Taylorsville. Troopers said that Have’s 1996 Ford Mustang convertible was westbound at a high rate of speed near 1400 West in Salt Lake City when it went off the north shoulder, hit a sound wall and rolled repeatedly. Collision shuts down I-215 westbound; man pinned inside pickup

Two people were hospitalized in critical condition Saturday night after their pickup truck collided with a passenger car and rolled on Interstate 215, the Utah Highway Patrol said. The collision closed the highway’s westbound lanes. Traffic was still being detoured as of 11:30 p.m. The lanes were expected to open in the early hours of Sunday.
