Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Todd Royce said details from the 11:07 a.m. crash, which involved least one other vehicle in addition to the semi, were slowly being developed. The semi caught fire during the crash about a mile outside of Roosevelt and the flames gutted the vehicle.
