Provo school officials have not lost one youngster to suicide in the past seven years, a remarkable fact given suicide’s prevalence in other parts of the Beehive State. Authorities suspect suicide in the death of a 24-year-old man whose body was found Wednesday evening at a park in southwestern Utah’s Washington City. A public safety dispatcher said police were notified about 5:30 p.m. that a body had been discovered behind the rest rooms building at Pineview Park.
