Kootenai County Sheriff Ben Wolfinger last spring said he would be compelled to drop the charter because the organization is promoting a lifestyle that’s against Idaho law. About 3:18 a.m., an Iron County Sheriff’s deputy saw a white Dodge pickup driving south on Interstate 15. The deputy tried to stop the truck near Cedar City, at mile post 63, for failing to maintain a lane, but the truck sped away, according to an Iron County Sheriff’s news release.
