Provo police are looking for the man who allegedly robbed an insurance company. About 5 p.m. Friday, a man walked into Advanced Insurance at 363 N. University Ave. and pointed what a 27-year-old female employee described as a 9-mm handgun at her, according to a police news release. The suspect then demanded money from her. Salt Lake City bank robber on the loose

Police are on the lookout for an armed man who robbed a Salt Lake City bank of an undisclosed amount of cash on Friday. The Salt Lake City Police Department said a masked man walked into a Chase Bank branch on 1295 S. Redwood Road about 12:40 p.m., and demanded money from a teller.
