Now, investigators are trying to figure out what happened. The shooting happened Tuesday about 6:40 p.m., according to FBI spokesman William Facer. The man’s car was parked outside his home in the Turnkey subdivision of Fort Duchesne when the bullet hit him. Fort Duchesne is part of the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation, and agents from the FBI and the Bureau of Indian Affairs are working the case.
