While only minor injuries were reported, according to the Utah Highway Patrol, the 5 p.m. accident was backing southbound traffic for miles. By 8:40 p.m., the delays had ended and traffic was moving smoothly. The truck overturned and landed on its side because its trailer brakes failed, said Utah Highway Patrol Lt.
