East High running back Ula Tolutau has committed to Wisconsin. The junior picked up an offer from Gary Andersen late last week and needed only a few short days to make his decision to commit. “I know that’s a winning program,” Tolutau said Thursday. The running back said he got to know Andersen when the coach and his staff tried to recruit him to Utah State and felt comfortable with them. Former BYU quarterback Riley Nelson is headed back to Logan High, where he will take over offensive coordinator duties for his alma mater. “You want to surround yourself with guys you trust, and I trust Riley Nelson,” said Logan coach Mike Favero, who now will handle the Grizzlies’ defense.
