Last month, the Utah-based faith transferred 23 missionaries in the Dnepropetrovsk Mission from the Crimean peninsula to other areas within the mission “as a precautionary measure,” the church said in a release. And 22 missionaries serving in that country ended their missions early, going home in March and April, the church said....
